My friend completed 2 years of articleship.Now he wants to discontinue this.Is there is any scope in ICAI guidlines to continue articleship after a period of 2 yerars.
If I have delayed in the submission of Form 112, I have to attach a condonation letter. My query is, to whom shall the letter be addressed? Secretary, ICAI Delhi or your regional branch secretary. Moreover, should the letter be dropped at the nearest centre or posted directly to the head office at Delhi?

can any expert tellme that, I have forwarded my ipcc exam application to delhi from mumbai on 25th of feb, 2015. by speed post and after tracking it on website it is showing me thet last date as 2nd march, 2015. as received at indraprast H.O. but steel it is not delivered. Therefore please suggest me, now what should i do. the due date for receipt of application is 3rd march, 2015. I have contacted to delhi icai office examination dept. they told me that they accept application received after 3rd march.

i am new to ca ipcc course and started as a direct entry student. learned about accounts only in std 11 & 12th and thdn pursued it field.
i want to start studying but books supplied by icai seems very tough to understand as i dont remember anything about accounts. i do want to become ca though.
please tell me from where should i start my studies?
and another thing i have completed my itt and orientation in last year july only. but i am planning yo give ipcc exam in may 16 as i hv some personal issues. will that itt and orientation be valid till then or again i have to do both before may 16 exam?
sir i want transfer from my firm i 1st year but he is showing attitude and not giving transfer. also he send me in a company as a employee from last 6 montgs. so what to do to take transfrr what are guidelines for that

I have Filled exam form online with late fees, but could not courier Signed Exam Form to ICAI. will they allow me to give exam? will it make any difference if students could not submit signed exam form I am not in India now, and it is not possible for me to submit. I have query regarding articleship completion and calculation of the leave that are-
1.I have taken transfer in 1st year. At 1st principal office I have not taken any leave and at 1st principal office, I have comleted 11 month and 21 days and balance period of articleship that are 2 years and 6 days serving at 2nd principal office and on 10th March 2015 my articleship will complete. Now I want to calculate leave period and as per Rules leave allowed 1/6 of total working days, In my case whether I will calculte 1/6 of 2 years and 6 days that are serving at 2nd principal office or total 3year i.e 1st+2nd principal office?
Please help me in calculation of leave.
2.while calculating total working days,whether exam day of ICAI includable or not in total working days?
