I am from Amritsar , Punjab (Northern Region of ICAI) . I have completed my articleship, and now i have to submit the termination form within 30 days which is 30th March. Kindly provide me the address where to post the form (For Northern Region) and is there any other document , which has to be submitted along with the form 108 or only the Form we have to submit. I am a student of Cs executive old syllabus, passed 1st module as per that but could not clear 2nd module till yet and as per icsi norms, now old syllabus has been abolished and i have to switch over to new syllabus. I want to know that:

1. whether i have to appear in both modules and if yes then whether i would get any exemption in my previous pass out papers and what is the exemption fee for such paper?

2. If i would get exemption in pass out papers then how they would score me in june 2015 attempt?

3. whether i have to switch over myself for the new couse or it is done automatically by the institute?

4. what amount i have to pay as xam fee and other fee?

please reply if anyone knows as i am too confused.

My friend completed 2 years of articleship.Now he wants to discontinue this.Is there is any scope in ICAI guidlines to continue articleship after a period of 2 yerars.

If I have delayed in the submission of Form 112, I have to attach a condonation letter. My query is, to whom shall the letter be addressed? Secretary, ICAI Delhi or your regional branch secretary. Moreover, should the letter be dropped at the nearest centre or posted directly to the head office at Delhi?

can any expert tellme that, I have forwarded my ipcc exam application to delhi from mumbai on 25th of feb, 2015. by speed post and after tracking it on website it is showing me thet last date as 2nd march, 2015. as received at indraprast H.O. but steel it is not delivered. Therefore please suggest me, now what should i do. the due date for receipt of application is 3rd march, 2015. I have contacted to delhi icai office examination dept. they told me that they accept application received after 3rd march.

can i know what are the changes in ipcc group 2 for may 2015?
