04 March 2015 If I have delayed in the submission of Form 112, I have to attach a condonation letter. My query is, to whom shall the letter be addressed? Secretary, ICAI Delhi or your regional branch secretary. Moreover, should the letter be dropped at the nearest centre or posted directly to the head office at Delhi?
