how long will it take to receive the articleship confirmation letter?
i have submitted it by jan 20th and not recieved yet.
and i want to transfer from this firm .
is it possible to do so once i recieve the letter?

I have taken admission for CPT ( June 14 ), but failed at first attempt. Later, I ve again paid the Exam Fees, but the Hall Ticket wasnt delivered to me. I just like to ask, is there any fees except EXAM FEES to be payble for VALID ENTRANCE for CPT again.

Dear friends I have received certified copies of my sfm paper but institute alloted zero marks in one question but answer is correct. That's why I lost my exemption by 1 marks. I obtained 59 marks in sfm paper. That question is 4 marks institute alloted zero marks. Wht can I d? Please guide me.

One of my Friend submitted his form 108 and not getting his Articleship completion Certificate due to 10 days excess leave.
But,The leaves taken by him for ITT and Orientation Programmes are not deducted from them.
Can he ask from ICAI about 10 days leave taken for ITT and Orientation leave.If yes,than which documents required to claim for above 10 days leave.

MY PRINCIPAL WANTS TO SURRENDER HIS COP AND DOESN`T WANT TO PRACTISE ANY MORE I HAVE COMPLETED 13 MONTH OF ARTICLESHIP.HOW SHOULD I GET MYSELF TRANSFER WHAT ALL I NEED TO DO .DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE TIME HE SURRENDER HIS COP OR SHALL I COOMMUNICATE THE FACT TO INSTITUTE AND GET MYSELF TRANSFER ?
