Is CARO is applicable for CA FINAL MAY 2015 exams??

Few clarifications For CA final may 2015 exams...
1. Revised draft of engagement letter not applicable(coz. It was not issued upto 31st October 2014)
2. CARO 2003 not applicable as per RTP for May 2015...( It was not supposed to be asked even in November 2014 exams. If you check the suggested answers on icai.org, they are drafted considering relevant SA and Companies Act 2013 but not CARO 2003 as I mentioned in my previous detailed post in 2014 itself.... So, now you may safely ignore the same.)
3. Revised form 3CD applicable .
4. Revised clause 49 applicable.
5. Revised rules wrt circuit breaker applicable.
(Note... Point 3 , 4 and 5 and other small changes are already there in 11th edition advanced auditing book. Those having old edition may refer the relevant portion from study material of ICAI hosted on icai.org.)
6. Those sections of the companies act 2013 which have been notified upto 30th September 2014 are applicable. Students having updated material of law may prepare the same therefrom only.
Prepare well and for self assessment purpose, go through the practice manual and RTP by ICAI at the end.
(P.S. This clarification is only for CA final students who are referring to book by CA Surbhi Bansal or have taken classes some time back . Those attending the present batch of CA final ,either face to face at shah auditorium or satellite at Eten, please ignore )
