I have completed 2 years 2 months 12 days of my article training, later i was terminated as i was unable to continue due to a medical condition. Now, i would like to continue with the course but to be eligible to take the Intermediate exam i have to submit a declaration form, and according to the form i either have be a student who is currently undergoing article training or i have already completed it. To go back to my principle to get the declaration form, we did not end on good terms. Institute says i have to re-register and complete the remaining article training period. Please guide me on this.

I cleared my final examination on November 2020. I started my article ship on 2008. So, I need not complete Advanced ITT to get membership. But I registered for advanced ITT. Three classes got completed. Is it possible to cancel? will I get any refund ? Please guide.

My neighbour runs a security business but during the financial year 16-17 before implementation of gst they were liable to charge the service tax from their customer but unfortunately they did not had any idea regarding charging the service tax.. but now when they came to know they have forgotten to charge service tax, they have approach those customer for payment of service tax but their customer are not giving a good response.
