Dear friends

I completed 1yr.9 months of articles, i read the provisions of 2nd ment, my doubt is during 2nd ment of one year i need to work at 2 CAs for a period of 6 months at each CA.
If i take secondment, may i need to terminate from my present principal & i need to register at new principal.
Please resolve my query

Sir i have downloaded ragi letter of ca final showing fees paid rs 10000 .can i transferred my articalship on its basis.
i have not received physical copy of articalship ragi letter but on my principal site it is displaying that i am ragistered under him so can i transfeer my articalship or do i need to wait till i recept of physical copy of ragi letter

I am under going articleship? How many numbers of courses can i pursue? I want to go for Mcom and CS or LLB(gen). PLease Help.

it has been said that icai is going to change the ca final syllabus my doubt is will the icai give any chance to the students to clear via old syllabus as earlier given to pe students pcc students when the course was chang ed to ipcc or everyone must n shud appear in new syllabus only

Dear Sir
I took transfer in the 2nd year of articleship due to transfer of my father job to our native place. but i was not able to find a CA at that place for my remaining articleship. Thats why i tool articleship under a CA in another city (100 Km from my native place), where my uncle works.
i filled form 103 but institute has rejected that form saying due to transfer is allowed to your native place, you have to register under a CA of that place only.

what should i do.

Which is the best class for CA Final in Mumbai ? I would like to join class for all the subjects for May 2016. I would like to know specific branch,because even if the class is good at times some branches do not have the same faculty members as the others. I don't mind different classes for different subjects. Prompt help will be really appreciated. Thanks.

Sir I have ragisterd my articalship from 5 april 2015 & i have submittyed the from 102 on 28 of april 2015 i havent received articalship ragistration letter yet can i transfeer my asrticalship under another principal without receipt of ragi letter .i.e can i ragistered nmy articalship under new principal without receipt of ragi letter or do i need to wait for it

Hello Everyone....

I have registered for Articleship on 1/09/2013 under direct entry scheme.I cleared both the groups of IPCC in first attempt i.e in Nov 2014.

Now,I want to know when I am eligible for CA Final attempt and when should I register for CA Final.Would the delay affect my syllabus for CA final i.e ISCA or International Taxation.

am doing acs.. doing my ca articleship also
i am not getting any leave for my exams
so in case if i write any two papers and get exemption in it , the rest of papers am not writing
can i claim exemption in those two paper in next exam..

Do the changes that ICAi has notify will applicable for those who registered for final course in 2016 or for all students whose attempts fall in 2016 ??
My attempts is in nov 16 .. so will this changes applicable in my attempt and should i start taking classes from now ..??
