31 May 2015 My friend got termination from article training within 1 year from initial joining providing service of 8 months for personal reaso. Now he wants to join again articleship training , can he join so ?
If he is eligible for the same then earlier provided services would be continued or elapsed.
Please provide link for authorized answers.

01 June 2015 he needs to complete the balance period with other ca after taking transfer.
