I have queried from you that i have a mistake in form 103 whether it can be revised and re-submit the form
Brief Discreption:
I have originally registered for articleship training on 27-oct-2012 but due to my personal reasons i have take termination on 31.07.2013 and joined my new employer office from 01.08.2013 hence i have submit the form 103 along with form 109. but as the process of joining involves stamp paper I HAVE ENTER THE DATE OF STAMP PAPER IN FORM 103 (FOR RE - REGISTRATION)INSTEAD OF 01.08.2013 (DATE OF MY JOINING NEW OFFICE)HENCE I WANT TO RECTIFY THAT PROBLEM KINDLY PROVIDE ME THE BEST SOLUTION FOR THIS PROBLEM.

i already finished the sfm,fr, & my DT is going on...& on august 2015 my idt will start..it will take 20 days to finish.

Sir I have submitted my Form- 108 but due to mismatch of signature of My Principal I have to submit an undertaking letter written by my Principal.
So I want to ask whether the letter can be handwritten or has to be typed properly and submit???

sir i have registered for group1 of ipcc in july2011 and i have given 2 attempts but got failed,whether i have to just revalidate registration for attending may2016 exam or convert from ipcc to ipc,please guide.

I have taken termination of articleship during my second year on grounds of medical leave of parent and have got approval from the institute, but the principal is refusing to sign FORM 109 stating that I have to complete an audit and leave and hence not relieving me.
I have waited in office for a month till the approval letter came from the institute.
What can I do in such a case, this work might take another month to complete.
we have a company who's registered office of the company is sealed by bank now what should company do??is it require to comply with annual filling with roc income tax etc??what compliance are to be done with ROC or INCOME TAX???can company declare director home as registered office or administrative office and continue working???
