Good Morning
This is regarding closure of Service Tax Registration,
We have requested Dept to close our Existing Registration by online and got a mail from them indicating " your request modified by the officer in charge"
and on login with the given user id and password we are getting message as " your registration may cancelled, rejected, surrendered etc "
However on checking online we found that status of Registration is "Active"
can we consider our registration is cancelled or it is semi finish.
Please guide me in this regard

I am a direct entry student I have got my registration no.within 8 days and it has been 5 days since then but still i have not received my books can anyone say when will i get my ipcc books and further will i receive any id card.

And i have registered for itt also will i get its id card during the 1st class of it or before hand.

Respected members.I have completed 2 years 1 month of articleship.and now i want to terminate it bacause i have failed in previous several attempts of group 2.Because i live in a C class city.So good classes are not available.I want ti move to other city.so my doubt are
1) with application what proof do i have to send to institute.
2)can i continue articleship later in same city or not
3)how much time period i have to wait to go for reregestration

plz reply its really urgent.

Hav scored a exemption in sfm 1 St grp nt cleared, thinking of going for a single grp 2nd grp only, if I vl go for second grp only vl it make me to loose my sfm exemption?

I have been studying icai module along with PM for law paper ( ca final ) and I am comfortable with what im studying.My doubt is, do I need to suppliment my prepration with munish bhandari's hand book or just stick to study module + PM.??

Dear friends , what is the meaning of chartered ?

In nov2014 exam form i had filled serving last six months of articleship. In may15 i filled articleship completing on or before 30th april. I submitted my 108 form 2 months late with condonation fee on may end. But there was some problem and it was pending. This time also i didnt pass and my arcleship completion is still under process as again i had to submit an application. Now my question is what should i fill in the exam form? If i mention articleship completing on or before 31st oct 2015 then there may be problem as in may attempt also i had mentioned that its completing on or before 30 th april. Please suggest

I cleared CPT but was not able to clear any of the groups in IPCC and my graduation is completed now. I have converted into direct entry scheme (on April 2015) so to start my article ship and move further and as per recent notification (WWW.icai.org/new_post.html?post_id=11753&c_id=347) its not compulsory to complete 9months of article ship and 8months of study period for those who have converted into direct entry scheme through cpt route. So my query is as per this I can appear in Nov 15 attempt .

which subject should i take first and what is the plan for clearing ca final in first attempt..i started accounts first but rumours is ifrs is coming since course will change. My attempt is november 2017
