i am abhishek gadia from surat persuing in ca final may 2016. i have completed my 2 years of articleship from surat and now i want to shift back to my honetown jhunjhunu rajasthan because of my family probelum that lives in jhunjhunu rajasthan
i live alone in surat thats why i am facing so many probelums
but regarding institute approval i do not have any evidence regarding my reason and my CA is also not giving NOC because of lack of any evidence
he is saying that give a appropriate reason for this only then i will give you NOC
So plz sir help me

sir i hv cmpleted my bcom im from cpt route i hv joined ca course in my second year bcom hv cleared cpt in d frst attempt and ipcc i hv already given last may attempt but i did not clear sir i hv heard about drectly joining articleship aftr degree and shifting to direct entry scheme and the nine mnths cmpulsory articleship for 9months is removed now..so sir can i join my articles now and cntinuewith my ipcc exams..???please reply

I have Filed Audit Report on 26.09.2015 of one Client, Now Assessee has Produced Certain Certificates , If I consider The Certificates , Balance Sheet Figures will be Changed, If I don't Consider The Certificates ,Audit Report will be False, Certificates are related to Loans & Advances Given For Allotment of Flates,
I want to Know Whether Report may be Changed alongwith Balance Sheet,
