Can an article exercise his due leaves at any time he want? Actually, I have earned the leave for about 110 days and I want to exercise them for my exams of PCC which are going to held in this Nov. Can I do so? Furthermore, please tell me can I avail those Sundays and other holidays as leave on which I have worked in past. Please post your precious thoughts.

An Articled trainee has completed two years of Articleship.
He has been offered Industrial Training by a reputed company.

Now, the CA whom the student has been undergoing Articleship Training is not allowing the student to go for Industrial Training.
The student informed the CA 6 months back that he is in search of industrial training offers. At that time itself, the CA cautioned that he would not allow the student for Industrial Training.

Whether the CA can refuse to allow the student for industrial Training?
Whether the Industrial Training is only at the mercy of the Principal CA?

Is the new registration scheme of re-registration after 5 years for CA final applicable for students registered in 1994. How it will apply to such students

I have registered to article training on 25th of April 2007,on 25th of July,I will be completing my 15 months of training.I want to take termination from August to next March, am I eligible to write MAY attempt??? Please help me in this regard...
