Hello! I'm currently pursuing B.Com (Regular Course). I'm now in the 4th semester, whose exams have been scheduled in June 2022. My articleship joining date falls on first week of April 2022. I will not be attending classes as I've already reached the minimum requirement of attendance. And I've planned to convert the course to correspondence in the third year (5th and 6th semesters).

In this regard, is it necessary to get NOC from the college and submit Form 112?

If yes, should I submit the form stating additional course as "regular"?

And after converting into distance course, should I need to submit Form 112 again?

I am CS Professional pass candidate and presently undergoing practice training under a PCS in Hyderabad.
I have completed 9 months training and learn annual filing, preparation of Minutes, Agenda agenda notes, Resolutions, Incorporation of LLP and Company ETC.

But i am interested in the field of M & As and Listing Compliances.
As per the ICSI training regulations we have an option to change trainer either from PCS to Company or Company to PCS.
Can you please guide me where should i apply to get such exposure and establish my career in that field.

If I cleared iner in nov 21 attempt and my OT it batch get over on 29/4/22 and last day to register for final nov 24 attempt is 30/4/22 then will be able to get fina nov24 ateempt

Sir I am a student of class 12. My question is why advertisement suspense accounts is written off when a partner is retires like accumulated losses when it is considered as deffered revenue expenditure.

I submitted form 112 1 year ago, but now showing as need to submit
Now, while I'm submitting form 112 an error is showing to upload college certificate where such option ,click here to upload is not working hence I unable to submit form 112 due to techincal error and also paid condonation fee on 25th feb 2021 , till now I didn't submit, now my articles are completed and I need to fill form 108,where it WILL be rejected by RO bcz form 112 is not submitted, I raise ticket and mailed to concern no reply got from there, could any one suggest me plz, bcz I cannot fill form 108 until form 112 is approved

Regard Articleship Transfer of Re-register. I have already completed my articleship of 3years and I am serving excess leave period by taking re-register with the same Principal.Due to some personal issues I want take transfer is it allowed to take transfer ? If Yes ,is it fine to re-register with in same city ?

I had applied for transfer of articleship on 25th February,2022. It was transferred to Regional Office for approval and on 16 March it has been transferred to Competent Authority for approval along with the message that it will take minimum of 10 days for any action to be taken.Due to some of my personal reasons I had to shift to another city and for that as a supporting document I had attached rental agreement also. Till now no action has been taken.Due to this i am unable to register myself in another firm and having delay also.

I have also contacted the help desk no many times but no reply has been received yet. kindly suggest me what should i do.
