Suggest me a book for Audit in CA Final

Just I want to know, CPT has been cleared and once training of articleship has been discontined and form no. 109 has not been given by the employer due to personal reason, pl. late me 1. whether fresh trainning can be commenced with other employer or 2. can Join for IPCC

IN PROSPECTUS IT IS CLEARLY WRITTEN THAT THOSE CANDIDATE WHO HAVE PASSED THE (PE II) AND COMPLETED TWO YEAR OF ARTICLE SHIP CAN ELIGIBLE FOR JOINING THAT COURSE.

I would like to know if any student could not pass the CPT exam in last two attempt is he required to to register again to give the forthcomming exams in June 09.

Also tell me one of my Friend has not given the exam of Dec 08 (Though he was eligible for the same)& his first attempt was in June 2008 and he secured 80Marks (Fail).

In the above case should he require to register agian?

If a company wish to change their Auditor,
what is the procedure? How it will reflect
on the company? as well as auditing firm?
Is there any complications? Is there any intimations regarding change of auditor to concern RoCs, IT department & etc.

I'm Vikram Ravuri registered for CA course in 1999, my student register number is MM093932 and Articles Completion date is 14/09/2002.

I cleared the CA-Intermediate exam in November 2001 and got registered for Final Course in March 2002 and my Registration number for Final Course is
MNF/0035744.

Due to some personal reasons I haven't given any attempt for final exams until now. I'm planning to attempt the final exams in Nov'09 and I would like to go with New syllabus.

While I understand that there is a process for conversion from Final Old course to Final New course but the doubt I was having is about the Compulsory Computer Training/ Information Technology Training Certification. How this ITT certification comes into my conversion to New course.

Please help me in understanding the step wise procedure for enrolling with New syllabus and its exam sligibility

Dear Sir,

I have admissioned for CA Inter in Aug 1999 and completed my articleship. But i have not cleared any group for CA Inter. I have given my last exam in May 2003. After that i have not given any exam till date. Now i want to restart CA. Can I appear in PE-2/PCC and my articleship will be valid or I have to register for CPT than PCC.

also please suggest a stretegy for using it as it runs into 1000 pages. thanks a lot.

As i can start my reading seriously from march onwards due to some problem.

I have exemption in DT but affraid of MICS and Audit.If i start 3-4 hrs reading of these subjects will it be enough?
If possible suggest me the way of preparation for these two subjects.

And tell me sir passing in 2nd attempt is too bad?
