in my examination form , do i need to take the signature of my principal only , or we can take signature of any CA. ???

whether the signature of another partner of my firm will do the job ???

is there no requirement of Eligibility certificate for june 09 exams as forms are already in the circulation. and last date of 20th March,09.

none of my friends got it yet?
wat to do now?

should one wait till 20th to submit form?

first i am student of pee-2 ( passed pee-1) & converted to pcc in augest 2008. when i enquired, they said i will get immediate attempt though i, may or may not complete 15 months of article training. now my problem is, in form - B of pcc examination application form, there is a para "declaration by candidate" in which i must ensure that i have completed 15 months of article training. plzz tell whether i must get there sighned by my auditor or not? And please tell me at what places in pcc examination application form should i must get signed by my auditor?

i hav two queries
1)if an asset is purchased for cash exceeding Rs 20000/- , then sec 40A(3)gets attracted . then whats the penal provision for such as , however , asset purchased will not be allowed as deduction as it will get captalised

2) is it possible that a private company be listed in stock exchange . ( obviously no ) , but my quiery is that why Reliance industries , TATA is referred as a private undertaking

I am going to appear for PCC june 09 exams. Is the sign of the employer on the exam form is compulsory? The employer under which I am registered is out of station for some days. So pls suggest what can be done.

the whole payment should disallowed under sec. 40A(3)?
why

i refer the various refernce book but it is differnce of openion in the books also
as per books of prof. aahuja and prof. sighania it shoud not be dissallow
but in book of prof. manoharan it should disallow

I am a Final student regd under the old course in 2006.I have not been able to clear any of the groups till Nov 2008. In case I clear only first group by Nov 2009 whether I can continue my second group in the new syllabus or whether I have to register again under the new syllabus and appear for both the groups. Kindly let me know.

i belong to old scheme. from this attempt postal scheme has been withdrawn. though i have submitted the papers and got them corrected also, i have not received eligibility certificate. my concern is that regarding eligibility details in the form and also, we have to submit the certificate of service to sr. jt. secretary (exams) by june 30 what form i am not able to understand please help
