When is the Technical Accountant certificate is going to be announced? I heard it is already announced and came into force.

I am CA final student.I passed PE 2 Exam on November 2008.Articleship was also completed before that.I enrolled as a student of Final & received study materials for Final.I haven't done any computer course or GMCC....Since I am employed in Sharjah,No body is here to advice me.I would like to know when I can appear for Final Exam & what are the prior procedures.I haven't received any eligibilty test's question papers.

I will write my PCC exams next year i.e. May, 2010...and i am in B.Com second year...i would like to know if i can also register myself for the CS foundation exam to be held in June 2010...??
