Hi As per the decision of Central Information Commission in case of Ms. Vikita Vishanji Soni Vs.The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, CIC had ordered ICAI to provide Copy of the evaluated answer sheets. (Refer Case No. F. No.CIC/MA/A/2009/000474 Dated, the 13th July, 2009). Could any one tell me the exact procedure as how to apply for Copy of the evaluated answer sheets for the June, 2009 exam.

I will be giving CA Final (old course) exam in nov.09.for 1st group. If I clear the attempt, will I be eligible for 2nd group under new course in May10? or shall I appear for new course to avoid confusion.

How to study for Costing subject for C.A. Final? How to write the paper of Costing? Even thoug by attempting question paper around 80 marks why most of the student get comparatively less marks in this subject. I think this must have been a question of most of the C.A.Final student's mind. Kindly, guide me.

I have a query regarding the last attempt for C.A. Final Old Course. It has been declared by ICAI that Nov. 2009 will be the last attempt for the Final old course. Does that mean, those who could clear only one of the group or could get any exemption in any of the subject till nov. 2009, will have to give that cleared group once again or clear that exempted paper once again in Final (New Course)?

Are there any chances for extension of C.A.Final Old Course Attempts?
