Exemption i.r.t aggregate - CA final

Dear friend,
I am little vague on this concept.
I want to know how to get benefit of exemption in the same group, on appearing next attempt.
Eg. I got 65 in 1 paper in second group. But i lost that group for want of aggregate. If i write immediate next exam how much marks i need to pass that group.
Pls make me clear on the above query.

minimum 40 in each subject and aggreate would be after considering your 65 marks
