i am manoj frm vijayawada i had a doubt regarding my eligebility for nov 2009 final exam, i joined articles on sep 2007, 2 years completed on sep 2009, but in bet ween these period i had taken excess leave, including excess leave 2 yrs will be completed by Nov 5th 2009. i called to chennai institute, they said no problem.so i sent applcation.

so will iam eligeble to write the nov 2009 final exam??????

i cleared pcc in june 2009 but i do not received pass certificate/ mark sheet till now.
can any body tell me what is process to receive mark sheet.

can anyone say how to prepare for law paper for pcc. Is mentioning every sections are necessary? please give some ideas to get good score

recently i am not under any principal(not under training), but i have completed my 2 years of training. because of some reasons i am not able to start my training for next 8 to 10 months.

i want to know can i appear exam to be held in june 10 for PCC 2nd group ? is it necessary to go under principal for appearing exam, i am asking because in exam form (omr sheet) require signature of principal !!!!!

please guide me as soon as possible. !!

I am planning to do CA.
For that I searched in site.
some web portal instructed me Bcom holders are excempted from CPT and I can directly go to Professional Competency Test.. Is it right?

Still I didn't get the Registration letter from ICAI, So I'm unable to fill up the CPT exam form as it requires Date of Registration & Registration number.

Please guide me, where to ask for such information?

In the latest announcement by ICAI it states the following-
"Important Announcement - November 2009 Examination - (30-09-2009)

The Examination Committee has taken the following important decisions for the November, 2009 examinations. Students are advised to note them carefully.


A. CA course being a professional course, practical training is an essential part of it and accordingly all papers of Professional Competence Examination as well as Final should be practical oriented questions as also of the level of knowledge should be expert and not working knowledge. All questions should be compulsory at both Professional Competence Examination / Integrated Professional Competence Examination and Final examinations.


B. Students appearing for the Professional Competence Examination (PCE) for November, 2009 are advised to carefully note the following important decisions taken in relation to the syllabus and pattern of questions to be set in the examinations."

It is mentioned that "All questions should be compulsory" does it mean that there will be no choice in the question paper?

Please clarify that for stipened the population of city or the population of whole district would be considered?

Plaese any one tell me about industirial training in last year of articleship.
