Sir,plz let me know whether it is compulsory to attend all the questions in sequence.........Q1,Q2,Q3.....Can't we write the answers in any sequence.......

im doing cs executive programme.....i will complete my mba in june 2011......

im going to write module-1 in june 2011....if i get above 50 marks in both GCL AND TAX....

for costing paper with my mba can i get exemption and can i apply for cs final.....in august2011...i cleared my module 2 also...

is it possible.....?????.........im eagerly waiting for ur valubale suggestion plz........

I am a student of CA-Final exam and I cleared my IPCE in November-2010 after taking transfer from old course of PE-II. And the notification as on 18.02.2011 related to Query relating to Relaxation in Eligibility for May 2011 Final Examinees - (18-02-2011)is applicable to me and is it about preponement of CA-Final exam or alike? Please help me to solve this doubt...

Actually a company is registered with service category " Maintenance & repair".If he recevive amount on " Commission on collection" then which category the company will be liable to pay service tax....& procedure for add new category in service tax registration letter.

I have got enrolled in July'10 and by over ambitiousness I have joined MBA from UP Rajarshi Tandon Open University after clearance of MAT. Presently I have not even solved ETs for the first term of Intermediate. Kindly suggest do I have to solve the papers whatever I have got at the time of admission or it should be replaced from the institute.

Also please suggest to handle both the courses in one time as It's too hard and I am not in a position to concentrate for any one even.

Most of the CCI members recommended me DS Rawat for AS. But i need a book that contains whole of matter related to AS like IFRS,Guidance notes & all the things coverded in ICAI Module.As we know CA Final paper conatins 30-35 mark portion from AS. So,a gud understanding of it is required. Plz suggest me sum gud buk bcoz DS rawat do not contain Guidance notes.

One of the proprietor runs 4 propritorship firms in different names and files separate return for each firm and indivdually there turnover doesnot exceed 60lacs but all togather exceeds ths limit so whether that proprietor is required to go for tax audit requirement or not

please assist
