A student cleared IPCC in May 2010. What will be the attempt for Final Examination?

Will it change in the light of eligibilty as per below

When will be the final attempt?

Is it too late to start working towards a CA qualification?? I have a graduate degree and was planning to chose between CFA and CA.

I have passed IPCC 1st group in may 2010 & joined my articleship from 1st september 2010. I'm appearing in group II exam in May 2011. Shall I be eligible to appear in Nov 2012 for Final? If, what will be the last date for registration in Final.. Kindly Reply....

under new syllabus after completing IPCC Within what period one can appear in C.A final Examination .
Either after completing 3and half months training or after completing 18 months of training .
