I would like to clarify some regarding GSTR 9C .Whether Late Fee and Penalty will be applicable even though GSTR 9 has been filed within due date and 9C filed after Due date while the Turnover exceeds Rs.5 Crore ?

Within how many days will the certificate of completion of orientation course be received from the completion of course?

1. Can you do articleship while you are employed? I mean is it possible to do a part time articleship?
2. After finishing CS Prof Exam, in case you don't move ahead with articleship immediately can you do it at a later date or is there any time limit in within which the articleship needs to be completed?

Sir I am using Casio Mj-120d calculator for practice in my ca foundation examination. I want to know that is this calculator is allowed in ca foundation exam or not because it has tax+ and tax- buttons.

I have passed One group of CA final in May 1998 & want to appear in remaining group of CA Final.
