I am a student of CA final .My attempt for final exam is nov 2012 after completing 2.5 year articleship
i Have completed all my coaching except Direct Tax Law Audit. but i did not revise them due to office hours i want to get rank in my final exam
i also want a decent job in corporate.

Is there any marks or any other criteria to get it.

(i)can an assessee revise his return after receving intimation under section 143(1) if the time limit of filing the return has not elapsed

(ii) Would the above action open up regular assessment under section 143(3) . Would it then be advisable to file a rectification under section 154

Dear Sir,

I have made online application for verification of marks for FINAL by making payment through Credit Card. I have made repetative request by email to help centre alongwith letter of successful confirmation generated.

Till date (upto 23/03/2012) My name is yet not shown in the list of application received by institute. While calling at help centre no one is responding on call - just rining or shown busy.

Pl. advise.

With out having the knowledge of waiver of CPT for graduates,I have applied to CA-CPT during first week of this month.
Pl let me know how ICAI will dealt with my application,money remitted etc.
Shall I apply now to IPCC directly to write Exam in May 2012.November 2012?
