whether cpt is exempted for gradutes???

I have attempted earlier ipce examination NOV.2011 for second group only and got failed. and in my result a message typed i.e.

" **May-2012, Nov-2012 & May 2013 and not eligible for any further exemption in any other paper of the same Group till May-2013".

I am unable to understand this Quotation. Please help me to explain this sentence asap.

I have applied for CPT Registration on 12.03.12. But I did not get any conformation about registration. With out knowing the registration status, how can i apply for june 12 CPT exam?
