Auditor is already appointed at AGM and he filed Form23B but company appoint another auditor in place of him at EOGM.
Can a new auditor is required to file Form23B and Form23.

I have got very low marks in Financial accounts in ICWAI FInal 2012 june exam though I managed to write almost all the questions and procedure of the sums were correct but answer may not correct.What is the procedure to review the answersheet?Will the answersheet be recheked al over again by other examinor or only the total marks will be verified? Please very urgent....

as per announcement/227/12/1 any graduates in commerce having 55% and above can enroll of ipcc with both group(with ATC or Without ATC) but with articles. but for articles hip ITT & OP should be completed before article ship.

my query is that haw a graduate eligible for exam (may-13). it is necessary to take article ship(practical training) before 30 sep and for article ship one month ITT & 5 day OP is required

it is any difference with atc and without atc please clear

I am a post graduate peron serving in one of pvt. ltd. company as an Asst. Manager-Accounts. As per latest news regaridng removal of CPT exam for graduate/post graduate students I want to be CA. But the main problem is for Articleship. I can't leave my 15year permanent job. Is ther any way/idea for same. If, So then please let us know.

Sir i cleared my ipcc 1st group in nov10 nd ipcc 2nd group in nov11....i m registered as an article frm feb 11...but sir after clearing my ipcc 2nd group i havnt gt regstered myself under ca final course...
