Can a student can do an Articleship with his uncle (Mosa) ie. Student`s Masi`s Husband ?

OR
Provide me the list of Relative where a CA Student can not do his Articleship ?

Please reply as early as possible so i can registered my articleship.

I have passed Mcom Part 1 (Mumbai University) which consists Cost management
I m giving CS executive in Dec 12
Can i get exemption for Cost management paper ?
If yes how should i get it as there is no option in exam form for exemption

sir i have cleared my both groups of ipcc in nov 2011 with 68.5% in first attempt.i havent got any articleship yet.i had my colg till june 2012.
is there any way that i can get myself registered from back date so that my final attempt is nov 2014 not may 2015???

i have sent my ipcc examination form via speed post to icai delhi but it is wrongly deliver at any other place due to mistake of post office...i have file a complaint regarding this in post office...in this condition whether icai accept my examination form or not

I am M.Muzammil Khan and i have completed both the groups of ipcc in nov 2011 and joined articles on 9-4-2012 and took termination on 11-4-2012 due to my health problems and later i have joined under another auditor on 1-8-2012. i am a student of ipcc gr.1/and i am also doing b.com(hons.)from srcc sem 3....i have cleared cpt in may 2011 with 140 marks....i started preparing for ipcc gr 1 from january.....i am through all the coachings for group 1 except cost fm......everybody says its a difficult subject and i have just done 2 3 small chaps of fm myself.......i am appearing for nov 2012 exam...and i am doubtful that i will clear it because i think i will fail in cost fm.....

my query is should i study cost fm now with just 1.5 months left b4 exam or should i study the other subjects thouroughly.....i am thinking because i am in hope that if i study the other subjects thoroughly i may get an exemption but if i study cost fm now i might not have a chance to clear any.plz suggest me what should i do and is costfm manageablle at this stage?thanks

i m ipcc student n i hav got 52% in t.y.b.com exam but got more than 55% in 3 subjects(account,audit n management account).my question is can i convert to intermediate course from ipcc??i filled up my examination form for nov.2012.can i get my exam fee back if i convert??n can i join articlship after giving exam in nov. 2012??
