my attemt is due in nov12,but i have no prep infact, no coachings etc of costing & isca.
i had filled both the groups but thinking what to do about these papers.
help me what can i do at this last moment?

Recenty i have been completed my LL.B. and i have been also pursing ca ans cs. Presently i am in cs final(prof. program) and other hand in ca i am going to appear in ipcc ist group exam in nov.12. Due to weak financial position and gaining knowledge and utilised my law degree i want to enroll in delhi bar council. My problem is after getting enroll as a advocate can i do ca articleship. If once i get enroll. as a advocate then should i need to surrender my law pracise.
Please tell me should i go for practice as lawyer or not.
Presently i am facing very diffcult situtation. I can't take decision. please provide me suggestion on this condition.

i am a b.com graduate doing my ca inter,i would like to take up another course along with my c.a but am in a dilemma of selecting which to proceed with,whether to opt for icwa or go for cma or cima as these two are just 1 year courses and all are managment accounting related courses..please help me out to select the best course i could persue with my c.a....

"when Notice pay does not rank for P.F deduction, it goes without saying that it is not wage or salary and when it is not wage or salary, in my view , it cannot be shown under salry or wages head.Further the object of notice pay is to enable the employee to tide over a posiible finacial hardship caused by sudden unemployment and thus it is in the nature of subsitence allowance, required by the employer to pay to the employee to enable him to fend for himself till he finds another job but with a time cap of one month. The basis for deciding "one month wages" is a merely to work out a formula agreed up on by the employer and employee to quantify such subsistence allowance but does not render it on par with wages. Therefore, in my view, it may have to be shown under different head of income but not salary. It is better to consult a Chartered accountant in this regard."

Can a member of ICSI join the IPCC directly bcoz that is quite obvious that he had already cleared Executive Level of ICSI..?
and is he require to join articleship just at the time of joining the course or he may join the articleship later on...

and that is sure that a person can be member of only one Institute but is it require to surrender a CS his membership even at the time of joining artilceship or he is allowed to retain the membership till he clear his CA final exams and at the time of applying membership of CA...
