I had paid fee for B com in distance education from Karnataka state open university. Is it mandatory to file Form 112 with ICAI.Now I am in CA Articleship

i have completd grp 1 in may 2012 and grp 2 in nov 2012...now i want to join in articleship...problem is, i havenot received grp2 mark list till now.but for articleship registration we have to submit mark lists...so wht i have to do now??

I m student of PCC my articleship completed in April'11 but i have to drop study due to some reasons and now i want to submit form 108 and want to give further exam.i want to know that is there any problem to submit form 108 late.will institute accept my form or not?
