I am tring to form a private limited company. Whenever i try to upload SPICE forms, message come as under:
The ID number xxxxxx entered already exists against an active DIN.

However both the director of the proposed company don't have any DIN or DPIN. When i checked DIN number mentioned on MCA website, it belongs to some Anshul Agarwal (we even don't know him who is he?)

I have checked the SPICE forms multiple times,PAN is correctly mentioned.

So where is the issue coming??

We have registered Company through Spice+ form and Incorporation certificate is received. When will be GST,PF,ESIC,etc registration would be activated ?

is there some procedure for any application after incorporation ?

Please suggest.

I have a OPC which was registered on June 2018. The paid up is 1 lakh, which i have not secured, what happens to the company? Does it become defunct? Are there any penalties? Can i convert the OPC into private limited without any legal issues?

Company filed INC 20A with 6 days delay. Penalty order for Rs.56000/- received by the company on Jan 23rd, 2020. Company not filed any appeal against the order. i want to start my own website for selling products online. The site will sell different products which my own business will procure from whole sellers and manufacturers. I want to know if i should register my business as a One Person Company or keep it as a proprietorship business. I am planning to expand in the future and have also applied for a trademark for the same. i will also require finance assistance so would also like to know about any finance scheme that the government offers to such establishments.

1) Auditor’s firm of 2 partners.
2) Appointed by a company and filed ADT-1 where Category of Auditor is ‘Auditor’s Firm’.
3) One of the 2 partner’s died.
4) Until a new partner is admitted what will be the category of the said partnership firm a) Individual or b) Auditor’s Firm?
5) The existing partner is still running the firm without admitting any new partner.
6) In this period is it possible to appoint a new auditor for the said company in the ground of casual vacancy other than resignation of auditor.

1) A Pvt. Ltd. co. appointed a partnership firm of 2 auditors as statutory auditor till the conclusion of the AGM of the Company to be held in the year 2020.
2) Recently a partner of the said auditor firm is died.
3) The PVT. Ltd. Co. wants to appoint new auditor.
