while trying to file form 3 of LLP filing. The form is not getting loaded. Anybody faced the same issue and have any solutions?

I have two MCA user 1. Registered user and 2. Business User
Both are for same PAN.
Now on V3 I am not able to upgrade Registered user to Business User as it shows against same PAN user already exist.
I am not able to log in on V3 as Business User since I don't have password. I used to login by attaching DSC.
For Business User
When I do forgot password on V2 it shows- "'This funcationality is not availabe for DSC based authentication''
When I do forgot password on V3 using either same user ID of V2 or email ID of V2 registered it shows invalid user ID .

Please help.

When there are many group companies which are being handled under one login, so can we upgrade from V2 to v3 with a Chartered Accountant who is in employment . Can we use his membership no and pan for upgrading to v3? or else we can only do it with PCS or PCA? pls advise

What will be the last date for the Appointment of a New Auditor for conducting the Audit of FY 2022-23?
Please share the procedure also.

There are many 30 group companies which i am handling.
1) So my query is , if i need to get registered as a business user with PCA or PCS or can i get registered with DIN of the directors.
2) If i am getting registered with din nos, will i be able to file other forms and will i be able to affix other directors dsc or only dsc of the din registered?

As we know under the Companies Act 2013 the statutory auditor is to be appointed for 5 years at every 6th AGM and as per the amendment in sec 139, the ratification of appointment at every AGM is not necessary for certain class of Companies.

My question is what disclosure is to be given in case of a Small Company regarding appointment of statutory auditors between the financial years from first re-appointment to next re-appointment in.

1. The Directors Report
2. Notice of AGM

Can anyone share the draft of Directors report and AGM notice a small company.

While Signing Form ADT-1, AOC-4 and MGT-7A DSC is not getting affix to form of any of the director. An error display as
ASN1 bad tag Value met.
Error Code 2148086027 and document can not be signed.

Can any one please help me in this regards I have already raised a ticket still not received any response from MCA.

(Provided that the back-up of the books of account and other books and papers of the company is maintained in electronic mode, including at a place outside India, if any, shall be kept in servers physically located in India on a daily basis.)
is required to keep the daily backup of accounts books...

In a Private limited company there are 4 shareholders including a partnership firm. And now the composition of partnership firm has been changed and a new partner has been included. My query is whether we have to fill a new share transfer form for inclusion of the new partner ? And what if the partner is the director of that pvt. ltd. i.e what will be the consequence? Pls advise asap.
