TEH COMPANYS SHAERES ARE TRADED IN COMPULSORY DEMAT MODE AND THEY WANT TO ISSUE SHARES IN PHYSICAL MODE . IS THERE ANY LAW /ACT TO PREVENT THEM FROM ISSUING THE SHARES?
