Kindly clarify that trusts( education, marriage) can invest in shares of listed/ unlisted companies?
Kindly clarify that trusts( education, marriage) can invest in shares of listed/ unlisted companies?

No the trusts cannot invest in shares of listed or unlisted companies if it is a public trust. Howver if the trust has got shares from the author of the trust then they can keep with them until it is disposed off.
