Is there any procedure of Filing Form 32
for removal of a director from the board without resignation letter, Din 2 ( not willing to submit)?

06 February 2009 Under 266E its obligatory on the part of Director to intimate DIN number
1. In case he has never intimated DIN, then probably he is not showing as DIrector in MCA records. Simply pass the necessary resolutions and physically file Form 32.
2. In case his DIN 3 was filed by the company, then his DIN number can be seen in the view signatory details and Form 32 can be filed with the copy of resolution under Sec 284 or so
