TEH COMPANYS SHAERES ARE TRADED IN COMPULSORY DEMAT MODE AND THEY WANT TO ISSUE SHARES IN PHYSICAL MODE . IS THERE ANY LAW /ACT TO PREVENT THEM FROM ISSUING THE SHARES?

Once the shares are in compulsory demat form, the company cannot issue physical shares certificates unless they get the earlier shares rematted. Please see the Depositories Act.
