" THERE IS DELAY IN FILING ANNUAL RETURN AS THERE IS ONE NRI DIRECTOR, WE DO NOT HAVE THE DIN OF THE SAME. SO HOW CAN WE APPLY FOR HIS DIN? WHAT DOCUMENTS WILL BE REQUIRE? AND THEN AFTER GETTING DIN 1 CAN I GO THROUGH THE PROCEDURE OF ANNUAL FILLING?

I would like to know that what are the requirements for share transfer by a shareholder of a private company.
Is a Chartered Accountant required in the same?
Is Share Transfer agreement is also required/mandatory for the same?
Can the company claim the share transfer expenes paid to the professionals?

Dear Experts

If a BOD fail to appoint first auditors within one month then the company in EGM have to appoint the first auditors.

My question is till when the company can do the same.What are the formalities (paper work to be done)
And whether the first auditor need to file form 23B with roc?

If a partner in LLP transfers his capital , how it should be accounted in Books ? what formalities to be followed ?

The private limited company want to start practice of giving dividend to the shareholder. What process it has to follow for the same. As of now can dividend can be declared in 2010-11 books as the audit is yet to be completed.

A labout and construction society is registered in Haryana under Co-operative Societies Act and is working for the last 10 years. This society in having 10 members.
