17 August 2011 Dear Learned Members,

One of our group company has 3 Additional Directors as on 30/06/2011 (Date of AGM). On 30/06/2011 one Director Ceased from the Board on the date of AGM.
Now while filling details in Point IV of form 20B i.e No. of Directors as on AGM, what details should I have to give i.e. about 2 Directors or 3.

please resolve my query.

as per Sch V - Point No IV u should give
DIRECTORS AS ON DATE OF AGM.

so u should mention the resignation director with date of resignation.

17 August 2011 As per IV point of form 20B, we have to give details of Present Directors of the Company as on AGM & as per point V we have to give details of past directors of the Company. Now the Question is that if the Additional Director Ceased on the date of AGM i.e. not regularized on AGM then in which point we have to give his details as he is acting as an Additional Director on Date of AGM.
