One of my client Company has contract u/s 297. Now the paid up capital of the Co. is increased from 1.00 Crore. Pls guide me whether Central Government Approval is also required for runing contracts or we will take the approval at the time of renewal of contract or entering into new contract after that.

1. Is this intimation to be made in eForm 21? Or thru, some other way?

One of the Existing company is planning to change its name and object clause, what are the procedures that we should follow first, filing Form 1A and Form 23, which one is to be filed first?? What are the procedures?? Pls help??

Do we have to get the approval of members again in EGM, if the figures of balance sheet have been modified? The previously approved balance sheet is already been filed. so what to do? Is it mandatory to take approval of memeberes before filing the new balance sheet with ROC. if yes under which section?
