ABC Private Limited availed loan from the following on various dates :
1. Reliance Capital. (Secured Loan by charge of a land belongs to the company).
2. Kotak Mahindra. (Secured Loan by hypothecation of vehicles).
3. ICICI Bank. (Secured Loan by hypothecation of vehicles).
My Query :
Whether Form 8 is to be filed for the
Secured Loans availed by the company.
Await experts' advise on the above query.

Yes you have to file Form 8 within 60 days of creating security

Sorry within 30 days of creation of charge and maximum within 60 days with late fees
