I NEED FORMAT OF NOTICE TO BE GIVEN IN nEWSPAPER FOR CONDUCTING POSTAL BALLOT FOR CHANGE IN OBJECT CLAUSE OF COMPANY

A co. incorporated in 05.09.2008. Pvt Co.
But i get my membership in 06.03.2009 . How can i Be appointed for that Balance Sheet Date.

I talk to my friend who is member at that date i thought Give his name for appointment as First Auditors and then remove him and then appoint my self.

If i can this please tell the exact procedure and necessary resolution

A co. incorporated on 2.12.2009 I get membership on 06.01.2010 now board of director can appoint auditor within one month from the date of incorporation. what is the solution.

Further if board fails to appoint the auditor than coampny in a general meeting can appoint auditor. Whether by ordianry resolution or by special resolution?
Can i accept my appointment by company in general meeting
