Can exporter pay export commission @25% of FOB Value.Does he rquire to deduct TDS since the agent does not have permanent etablishment

A Director intentionally resign himself and want to reappoint in the same company. Is there any restriction in the company law to reappointment of the same director or is there any limitation of time period to reappointment of the same

As per section 224(5) appointment of first auditor is to be done by Board Of Directors. <br> My question is that whether Board of Directors are required to pass resolution in Board Meeting or they can do so by Circulation of resolution also.

My company was applied for delisting from Kolkata Stock Exchange. We write many times to stock exchange for issuing delisting certificate. but i have not found any response from their side. moreover they have send fees invoice for 2010-11.

What i do????

ABC Private Limited appointed X as Additional Director on 04.08.2009.


Company, in the Board Meeting held on 04.08.2009 approved the Audited Accounts for the year 31.03.09 and fixed the AGM on 17.09.09.

Company omitted the Agenda of Additional Director's Regularisation.

Now, the company had EGM 01.09.09 and regularised the Additional Director as a Director.

Experts may review the above facts and advise whether there is any non-compliance on the Regularisation of the Additional Director.

I shall await response of the experts.
