While going through master data of KINGFISHER AIRLINES , i noticed that company category was mentioned as CO. LTD. by SHARES..but in NO. of members(APPLICABLE ONLY IN CASE OF CO. WITHOUT SHARE CAPITAL) COLUMN IT WAS SHOWING some no. of members.
QUESTION- how it is possible that co. without share capital is ltd. by shares. Explanation needed

In mca site , company ' s master data details of companies which are struck off are also displayed? if yes, then how much previous struck off company name appears? ( like strike off 2 years ago, 3 ...etc.)

AS per section 2(69) of companies act,2013 promoter is a person who has control over the affairs of the company .. If a company is a holding company by virtue of its shareholding ( 51%) OR control of composition of BOD .Then will this company be called as promoter of subsidiary company

As per rule8 of aforesaid rules, a company can t be registered with the name of the company which was dissolved within previous 2 years . So how can we chek that our proposed name is not resembling with any of such dissolved company's name.?

I was applied for a new chit fund company name in RUN of MCA portal. The application rejected on the ground that Declaration under Rule 8(2)(b)(xiii) need to be attached.Is there any format for this declaration

I Have filled all details in e spice form inc 33 same as spice form but following massage came every time at the time of check form-
" please reconfirm that all the information given in the form is as per company record"
please solve my query as tomorrow is last date of name reserved.
