I want to get bank loan around Rs. 10,00,000/- and my salary is Rs. 18000/- p.m. Purpose of loan is to buy a car and make it commercial for personal travel business. My query is my consultant is telling me that, there is need to prepare last 3 year ITR and my business projection statement for bank loan. Is he right ?

If a firm sponsor it's partners higher education in abroad related to the business so will that expenditure be considered as intangible asset and depreciation can be claimed on it?
