Dear All,
After receipt of ECB amount , what are the compliance needs to be done before or after for the use of money and with which authority i.e. any return needs to be filed?
After receipt of ECB amount , what are the compliance needs to be done before or after for the use of money and with which authority i.e. any return needs to be filed?

Amount has to be parked out side India in case of forex spending and parked in a separate bank ac in India in case of Rupee spending. Monthly return in Form ECB 2 to be submitted within 7 days from the close of the month to RBI through designated bank
