Can i do business in two State at a same time with one tin no in two State which is registered in one State.
Eg : my biz Reg. In mp but i want to do biz both mp & Raj by open two diff. Branches in both State. Can I use mp's tin no in rajasthan for trading.

please tell of annual return of vat filling process.

Dear Sir,
In case of pharmaceutical company, I came across a invoice in which sale price as well as MRP both are disclosed. Sale price is lower than the MRP as per invoice. But VAT is calculated on MRP value and not sale value after deducting discount.
Is the process followed is correct ?
According to me, it should be charged on the Net Sale Value and not MRP.
Kindly guide me regarding the same.

A dealer deals in Second hand car trading.

he purchases second hand car from different individual (no one gives bills hence NO VAT paid by him).

Now he sell that cars after furnishing. Now he wish to register under VAT , so at the time selling he will issue invoice on which VAT shall be charged.

My question is whether we should register him under VAT (MONTHLY TURNOVER APPROX 50 LACS ---VAT 5 % ) 'OR' WE SHOULD SHOW HIS INCOME AS 'COMMISSION INCOME' --> MONTHLY APPROX 7-8 LACS [THEREBY REGISTER HIM UNDER SERVICE TAX @ 15 % ] ??

What is the procedure of surrendering PVAT registration in Punjab State ?
Is it possible to surrender when assessment for previous years are not yet started / completed.

dear expert pls. guide for not filing of mvat return from year 2013 and vat no is cancelled now how to get activate again how to appeal for not charging penalty. since there was loss in tht year party didnt paid the billed amount.

I want to ask how much late fee and interest payable for the period mentioned above.which is half yearly return.
Also want to file 4 quarterly returns for the period 01/4/2015 to 31/03/2016 how much interest and fine payable.

I have one query. We wanted to be C&F Agent for Retail Sale. In this regard we are entering in to an agreement.
Here The Principle is having an registered office in Ahmedabad. our C&F agent is in Bangalore. Is it possible for us to issue Form F to the Principle for the consignment what we receive as Stock Transfer.
Here the Name of the Firm is different.

One of my client who hasn't registered for AP-VAT have made purchases from other state.Now, my question is he is going to register with VAT Dept. Now is he required to show the purchases made from Inter state.
For Ex. He Purchased goods in the month of dec. He is going to be registered with VAT Dep in the month of Dec.Is he required to show the inter state purchases in the vat return of dec. month.
