Special power attorney

A lady has lost eyesight and is also not able to walk. She wants to purchase a flat in her name.

a) Can she buy the Flat in her own name and sign the sale deed through her daughter by appointing her daughter as her Special Attorney for the purpose of signing sale deed of the Flat on her behalf.

b) If so, what exact procedure she should adopt to appoint her daughter as Special Power of Attorney to sign sale deed on her behalf because she her self cannot see and as well as walk.

Person outside India mentions his commission amount in purchase order

Sometimes mentioned commission amount is more than our actual selling price of product

Please suggest us maximum permissible amount of export commission so that we can proceed for accepting purchase orders for export

Filling of roc fees

Our one of the sister concern companies ROC return is pending for last 5 years. I wanted to know how to calculate the late filling fees with actual fees. Kindly provide me the details that how much fees has to be paid for each form.

If a company fails to transfer the unpaid or unclaimed dividend to Unpaid Dividend Account within the time stipulated therein then the consequences under both 124(3)and 124(7) will apply or only 124(3) applies?
