I was not able to submit my exam form for nov 2016 by due date ( 02/09/2016) due to some issues. can institute allow me to submit the former now , is there any other remedy available, please help me.

Are there any chances of increasing marks during inspection of mark sheets. Institute says that I will be able to do inspection after 1 month from today , they called in the morning and said this. If I am in a hurry then I must change inspection to certified option. Firstly I had applied for verification of marks and got my verification result within 8 to 10 days i.e. no discrepancy of marks. But I was not satisfied with this after few weeks I.e., near to closure date of inspection /certified I applied for inspection of copies. Today I got call from institute I must change my option to certified otherwise I need to wait for one more month for inspection. Can I hope of increasing of marks because I attempted my papers very well specially ISCA and IDT. In these papers there was no such question of which answer I don't know. But destiny foul played with me and I got failed. Please give some valuable suggestions whether I should wait for inspection result also.

i score 49.50 % in class 10 and 44% in graduation now i had passed icwa and cs will i get good job opportunity ?

Now i want correct it when ICAI provide a chance to students for "correction without fees". Is this possible or not.
