Certified copy marks different from marksheet

I had just received my certified copy of ISCA for may 16 in which i had been alloted only 38 marks. Where in resulted i had been alloted 40 marks. where it will have any impact on this. I had already clered my second group >??

Dear Akshay,
that means 2 number has been alloted as grace mark. Now you have applied for certified copy and icai has a right to reduce/increase the marks if any discrimination found in result
How many marks are there in cover sheet of answers?
If it's 40 there then there is no problem but if it's 38 then problem may occur
wait for some days for icai letter
