i score 49.50 % in class 10 and 44% in graduation now i had passed icwa and cs will i get good job opportunity ?

As you have qualified both CMA and CS, you must prove your worth to the Employer. You must impress during the course of interview your hard work and effort you put to clear professional examination. Showcase this achievement to shadow your tenth and twelfth performance. Don't worry about percentage, focus on how to handle tough questions, you will overcome any shortcomings.
