i am a CA student. i have been doing my articleship training. My attempt for CA final course is due on May'2015.
I have a core interest in knowing share and stock market deeply..and wanted to have my carreer in the same business..
I really need the experts help to guide me if any course will offer me any kind of help to learn about these things from basic to advance..
will be greatly thankfull to d one who help..

Can any individual do the business of forex trading by taking money from people and investing in Foreign exchange and in return give them interest on such money?

Or there are some restrictions?

out company receive application for issue of duplicate share certificate from two shareholders in respect of misplaced/lost certificate.
we have filed FIR with police station. now we have to public notice in english newspaper. so can any one provide sample or cutting of notice in newspaper so that i cant get idea for the same.

Now for allotting the shares for Foreign Direct Investments, we are asked to calculate future projections and to discount at appropriate P.V. factors. Now my question is how to determine the NPV factor, say 10%, 11% and let me know what is the basis upon which this discounting factor is to be decided upon

if Balance sheet shows share cap Rs. 100,00,00,000. Qty 1,00,00,000 at the FV of 10/- per share and
Share premium Rs. 450/- per share of Rs. 1,00,00,000 = 4,50,00,00,000

the Market price of Stock is Rs. 2100/-

now i want to know whether the Price movement in Stock Market does affect the Stock price in Balance Sheet

what is the benefit of Share price which is high in the Market

What is meant by levels in ADR? Like ADR level 1... and so on. whats the difference between them??
