Any demat holder can buy sensex and nifty.
Is it necessary to buy in Futures and Options.

Transfer of shares

An indian company has 3 directors, 2 foreign directors and 1 Indian director. Now the indian director who holds 18% of equity shares wants to transfer his shares to one of the foreign director. What is the procedure for the same under CA,2013? Is such transfer as per the provisions of CA, 2013? Plz help. .

hi, me muzammil.. very much new to stock market.. my father has some shares in SVEC CONSTRUCTION LIMITED PANKAJ AGRO PROTINEX LIMITED since 1992. i want to know, how much these companies have as their share price today... when i search on net , every page shows as sensex some rate & nifty some rate ....which should we see to know equity share price??
