High dp ratio results in high P/E ratio comment

I earned 15000 and my saving is 6000 I want to start investing in equity shares for better future and also escape from rat race.

what is mean by MARGIN some brockerage firms recommend shares while there is tell magins are incress or decress of company so what is exact meaning of MARGIN

I have transferred some shares inSeptember 2015 from my wife's demat account to our joint (myself & my wife) demat account. How I should treat this transaction in my wife's ITR for AY 2015-16. Should I treat this as short term capital loss in wife's ITR as there is no sale consideration in the transaction?

One of my client brother's have credit balance in the broker account. The broker has pay out the amount in his name to transfer by the way of RTGS, but my friend brother is expire for the last 1 years and his family close all his Bank account. His mother and brother have one joint account and the broker are ready to transfer the amount in the particular account. My question is what type of Transaction will show in his mother's books of account.
